  • Ensure due diligence & compliance: Onboard new Special Accounts following strict due diligence protocols, while keeping all team processes and procedures accurate and compliant.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact: Be an accessible, visible resource for answering questions across internal departments and external service providers.

What you will bring to GoHenry:

  • Industry & regulatory knowledge: Basic understanding of investments (ideally stocks and shares ISAs) alongside prior experience working in a regulated financial environment.
  • Technical proficiency: Hands‑on experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools to build clear reports and documentation.
  • Communication & diplomacy: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clarity, empathy, and tact across diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, stay calm during high‑pressure moments, and implement effective solutions.
  • Self‑starter attitude: High motivation to take ownership of tasks, welcome feedback, collaborate proactively ("How can I help?"), and drive continuous improvements.
