What you will do:

  • Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) for Apple and Google Play to maximize organic downloads and overall visibility.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across web and mobile conversion flows from landing pages to sign‑up to improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Identify and implement product‑led growth (PLG) initiatives—such as referral loops and viral mechanics—to acquire and activate new customers.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Growth teams to plant and measure experiments across the app onboarding flow.
  • Analyze funnel performance, identify drop‑off points, and translate insights into actionable product and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle and Paid teams to align growth experiments with paid acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Prioritize and launch experiments with cross‑functional teams to drive measurable growth and align with business objectives.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of growth‑focused experience with strong emphasis on ASO and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proven record of designing and executing A/B tests that achieved significant, measurable growth in acquisition or conversion rates.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Product and Engineering to design and measure technical experiments.
  • Expertise analysing large datasets with tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar platforms to derive actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of mobile and web acquisition channels and levers of product‑led growth.
  • Exceptional project‑management skills and ability to deliver cross‑functional projects to completion.
  • Drive to deliver game‑changing products and precision in execution.
