Responsibilities
- Support warehouse duties and ensure a smooth operational flow
- Perform quantity and quality checks on items before packing
- Label items and boxes
- Pack and place parcels into designated cages
- Assist in managing warehouse management systems
- Assist in housekeeping to ensure workplace safety
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Physical requirements: Must be able to carry heavy loads (up to 25 kg) and stand for long hours; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Commitment: Must be committed, responsible, and available to start immediately
- Attire requirements: T-shirt, long jeans or pants, safety vest (provided or own), safety shoes (mandatory)
- Attendance & job completion: Latecomers may be rejected and sent home. Early release only with valid reasons (medical certificate if unwell, supervisor informed). All shifts must complete at least 100% of the job time to qualify for payment. Check-out times rounded down to the nearest 15-minute block. Overtime approved by supervisor, calculated on a 30-minute basis. Less than 30 minutes unpaid shift may be offset in the next shift if approved
- Safety and conduct: No misconduct, fights, or vandalism. Violations result in non-payment and immediate dismissal/banning. Photography inside warehouse prohibited except for check-in/out proof. No smoking in non-designated areas. Damage to equipment or property caused by the freelancer is fully liable
- Work environment: Pantry and locker facilities available; employee must use responsibly and clean up after themselves
- Minimum age: 16 years or older; must bring a physical NRIC
- Check-in procedure: Arrive 15 minutes early for queuing; contact via designated communication channel to confirm attendance
- Liability acknowledgement: Must sign the liability acknowledgement form on the first day; failure to sign voids the job
