What you will be doing
Own the day-to-day relationship for clients using GoGorilla's Talent Solutions.
Deliver the monthly placement report and day-30, day-60 and day-90 review packs.
Track placement performance and flag underperformance early.
Handle escalations, including guarantee claims and replacement requests.
Manage renewal and upsell opportunities, including term renewals and package upgrades.

This role is freelance and project-based, engaged as an independent contractor. Full terms, including pay, will be confirmed once GoGorilla.com's standard freelance contractor wording is finalised.
