GoGoMeds is seeking an experienced full-time Patient Support Specialist (CSR) to join our talented team. Duties will include:
- Receive, document and resolve patient inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
- Build lasting relationships with patients
- Processing patient payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Support and train peers as needed
- Comply with all state and federal laws
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by manager
- Work in multiple computer systems and support multiple platforms

- Kentucky Pharmacy Technician Certificate (required for employment and can be obtained prior to the first day of employment)
- Must be available for Saturday shift rotation (every few weeks)
