This role exists to lead the seamless operational delivery of complex, cross-border M&A human capital workstreams, ensuring efficient execution, compliance, and high-quality outcomes across the transaction lifecycle. The Senior Manager will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to support global transactions and enable scalable growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Collaboration: This role does not have direct line management responsibility but will lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery across stakeholders in different countries. Serve as the operational lead for M&A human capital workstreams, ensuring alignment between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Operational Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of cross-border M&A human capital workstreams, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality execution across all transaction phases. Manage complex Employee Conveyance programs across multiple countries, including planning, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation. Coordinate workforce transitions, employment setup, HR compliance checks, and data preparation for divestitures, carve-outs, or acquisitions.
  • Process & Tool Enablement: Drive the implementation and operational readiness of tools such as Jira and Microsoft Copilot, including process documentation, workflows, and initial user onboarding. Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and delivery efficiency.
  • Client Management: Lead client-facing communication for assigned workstreams, ensuring clarity in timelines, risks, and deliverables. Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and maintain a strong focus on service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in global client delivery, HR project leadership, and client account management within corporate/professional services.
  • Strong understanding of employment structures, compensation, and benefits across jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in cross-border employment, HR transitions, or M&A human capital workstreams, including international transactions (e.g., divestitures, carve-outs).
  • Multilingual capabilities and comfort working in cross-cultural environments.
  • Proficiency in project and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS platforms, Jira, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot).
