We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to serve as the Product Owner for our HubSpot ecosystem. This role combines traditional business analysis with product ownership responsibilities, acting as the central point of coordination for all HubSpot-related changes, optimizations, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation while ensuring all changes align with our broader data and business strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Product Ownership & Strategy
- Serve as the primary Product Owner for HubSpot platform, owning the product roadmap and vision for sales usage optimization.
- Define and prioritize the HubSpot backlog based on business value, strategic alignment, and resource availability.
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and communicate platform capabilities and limitations.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and ensure HubSpot usage supports company-wide KPIs.
- Change Management & Triage
- Establish and manage a formal change request process for all HubSpot modifications.
- Triage incoming change requests by assessing business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Maintain a change request log with clear prioritization criteria and status tracking.
- Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes across integrated systems and workflows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate dependencies and potential conflicts.
- Planning & Documentation
- Develop detailed implementation plans for approved changes, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all HubSpot workflows, automations, and custom processes.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common HubSpot operations and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a system architecture diagram showing HubSpot's integration points with other business systems.
- Produce regular reports on platform usage, adoption metrics, and ROI.

- Ensure all HubSpot configurations and customizations align with enterprise data governance policies.

Requirements
- Technical Skills
