This role will support GoGlobal's growing portfolio of clients by assisting Senior Account Managers, managing their own smaller portfolios, and developing the skills to become future Senior AMs or Portfolio Leads. This role is ideal for motivated professionals looking to grow their international expansion and payroll management expertise while contributing to a high-performing team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform routine assignments and actively build knowledge of GoGlobal's company processes, tools, and client portfolio to support professional development.
  • Assist the Senior Account Manager in managing and administrating a portfolio of clients with a degree of independence.
  • Manage own portfolio of clients serviced across all of our products, including Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Entity Management and Employer of Record (EOR).
  • Continue training on international expansion services, including BCS and EOR solutions.
  • Support process and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure we are maximizing opportunities to cross-sell into existing clients across all GoGlobal's business lines.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree or 2-4 years of business experience in accounting, economics, business, legal, or HR fields.
  • Exposure to account management, payroll services, or international expansion services.
  • Familiarity with EOR, BCS payroll processes, and client portfolio management is nice to have.
  • Strong team player that embraces international collaboration.
  • Ability to identify issues and bring in experts to solve problems.
  • Client communication excellence and ability to build on the relationships.
