- The
Head of FP&A will build and lead Go Global's Financial Planning & Analysis function, delivering the financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering capabilities that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the Group.
The role requires a technically strong tax professional with experience operating in a complex, international commercial environment , with strong financial modelling skills and a demonstrated ability to partner with senior commercial and operational leaders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to convey complicated messages in a precise, concise manner to guide management decision‑making.
The role also includes mentoring and developing a high‑performing FP&A team to strengthen the Group's strategic planning capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Group FP&A function, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range financial planning across all entities and business lines.
- Develop and own the Group 5‑year financial model, incorporating scenario analysis, sensitivity modelling, and strategic assumptions in close partnership with senior leadership.
- Partner with the CRO, CDO, and business unit leaders to provide financial insights, evaluate business cases, assess new market entry opportunities, and support pricing and product decisions.
- Partner with Sales and commercial teams in preparation of client engagements and business development opportunities, providing financial modelling and strategic solutions to support winning business.
- Produce and continuously improve monthly management reporting packs, including P&L variance analysis, headcount analytics, and KPI dashboards, for presentation to the executive team and Board.
- Build, manage, and develop a team of FP&A analysts; establish scalable processes, reporting templates, and planning frameworks to support the Group's expanding footprint.
- Drive cost‑efficiency analysis and identify profitability improvement opportunities across business units, working collaboratively with operational leaders.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller to ensure FP&A outputs are anchored in accurate actuals and aligned with the Group's statutory reporting.
- Evaluate and implement FP&A technology and planning tools to improve forecast accuracy and reduce cycle times.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3‑5 years in a senior leadership or head‑of‑function role within a multinational company.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; demonstrated experience in multi‑countries/regions, multi‑currency financial consolidation and management reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in presenting complicated financial modelling with multiple scenarios and proposed solutions.
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior commercial and operational stakeholders; strong communication and presentation skills.
