Responsibilities
- Provide handsâon leadership and ownership of the technical direction during a key transition period.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, CPO, and engineering team to ensure strategic alignment.
- Establish and maintain robust, scalable architecture suitable for longâterm growth, leveraging an Azureâfirst, Microsoftâcentric stack with .NET at its core.
- Shape and manage cloud security, data protection, and compliance initiatives in collaboration with external advisors, focusing on standards suitable for a scaling SaaS environment.
- Align engineering efforts with real customer and operational value, emphasizing clear product thinking, disciplined execution, and longâterm quality.
- Lead the exploration and responsible adoption of applied AI, prioritising genuine value creation and safe deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers, elevate engineering standards, and fortify technical decisionâmaking and culture.
