Marks & Spencer is seeking an adept Campaign Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead personalised customer communications across instore, email, banners and push notifications. You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with BU marketing teams, and drive value for members with behaviour-driven insights.

You will work with Analytics and Data Science to test, learn and optimise campaigns, ensure brand alignment with M&S Sparks standards, and monitor performance against engagement.
