What you'll do:
- Source, screen and progress candidates through the interview pipelines
- Review CVs of direct applications as well as build proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates e.g. networking, events etc.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders/hiring managers
- Build great relationships with candidates, with a view of short and long term hires
- Constantly provide an amazing candidate experience and look to always improve this across the team
- Work collaboratively across the wider recruitment team
- Take a consultative approach to recruitment - focusing on speed, quality and diversity
To succeed in this role you need to have:
- A can do attitude! you'll put your hand to anything, nothing is outside your remit across hiring.
- Experience hiring non-tech roles in the UK, ideally Sales, Customer Support, Marketing and or Finance.
- Experience working as a full time recruiter/talent partner at a recruitment agency/RPO or at an in-house high growth start-up or scale-up.
- Super organisation skills, and an ability to prioritise
- Previous experience screening and assessing candidates across a variety of roles for both hard skills and cultural qualities
