- You are a senior lawyer with real estate experience from a leading private practice or in-house environment.
- You have strong experience in land acquisition and development work, such as site acquisitions, development agreements, strategic land matters and wider development-led issues.
- You have experience advising on funding arrangements.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
- You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
