Gofractional is seeking an Interim Chief of Staff to join our team for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, driving a major transformation programme to create a high-performing operating model that is scalable and commercially effective.
You will work closely with the Managing Director of our VAR business, translating transformation priorities into clear plans, milestones and deliverables, and leading governance, reporting and decisive execution across sales, operations and organisation.
