Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a Head of Group FP&A and Category Finance to join the business on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover. Based in London, this senior finance leadership role oversees global planning, forecasting and performance reporting with commercial insight.
You will lead the Group FP&A and Category Finance teams, partner with regional finance, Commercial, Marketing and our parent Puig to deliver accurate reporting, robust budgets and forward-looking.
