About the Role: The Fractional Commercial Partnerships Executive will play an important role in supporting The Present Tree's next stage of growth through strategic partnerships, collaborations and business development activity. This role is focused on identifying and securing opportunities that drive revenue, increase brand visibility and create long-term commercial value for the business. You'll work closely with the founder and wider team to develop relationships with corporate clients, strategic partners, agencies, brands and other aligned businesses. We are looking for someone who can both think strategically and take action independently, bringing ideas, initiative and momentum into the role. This is a flexible freelance position suited to someone with proven experience in sales growth, partnerships or business development who enjoys working collaboratively while delivering measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnerships & Business Development:
    • Identify and secure new commercial partnership opportunities
    • Develop relationships with corporate clients, agencies, brands and strategic partners
    • Generate new B2B sales opportunities and revenue streams
    • Build and manage outreach pipelines
    • Create partnership and collaboration ideas aligned with The Present Tree brand
    • Support growth across corporate gifting and other commercial channels
    • Develop long-term relationships that create repeat opportunities and sustainable growth
    • Represent The Present Tree professionally and confidently in commercial conversations
    • Maintain clear records of partnership activity and pipeline progress
  • Commercial Growth:
    • Identify opportunities to increase sales and brand reach
    • Contribute ideas and strategies that support business growth
    • Work collaboratively with the founder on commercial priorities and opportunities
    • Support the development of scalable partnership processes and outreach approaches
    • Help translate ideas into practical commercial action
