We are looking for a Fractional CEO / CEO to partner closely with the founders to:

  • Bring structure, clarity, and financial discipline to the business
  • Build a clear and credible path to profitability
  • Unlock scalable, sustainable growth

This role is ideal for someone who has experience operating within high-growth DTC or consumer brands, particularly through periods of complexity and transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial & Operational Leadership
    • Take ownership of cash flow planning and financial visibility
    • Implement structured approaches to supplier and operational management
    • Improve margins, cost discipline, and inventory planning
    • Build a more resilient and scalable operating model
  • Growth & Revenue Strategy
    • Oversee and optimise paid marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google)
    • Identify highest ROI channels and scale them effectively
    • Build systems for predictable, repeatable customer acquisition
    • Unlock additional revenue opportunities (subscriptions, bundles, partnerships, B2B)
  • Business Model Optimisation
    • Refine the subscription model to improve clarity, retention, and profitability
    • Optimise pricing, promotional strategy, and product positioning
    • Identify and execute quick wins to unlock revenue from existing inventory
  • Team & Execution
    • Lead and bring structure to a small, highly motivated team
    • Introduce accountability, focus, and clear execution rhythms
    • Work closely with the founder to transition from reactive to strategic operations
  • Strategic Direction
    • Define and lead the next phase of Unndr’s growth
    • Support preparation for potential investment
    • Build a roadmap to scale beyond £5M+ revenue

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience scaling a consumer / DTC brand
  • Strong financial acumen (cash flow, margins, forecasting)
  • Experience operating through high-growth complexity or turnaround environments
  • Deep understanding of paid media and e-commerce economics
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Calm, decisive, and solution-oriented

Bonus if you:

  • Have experience with subscription-based models
  • Have raised capital or worked closely with investors
  • Have scaled brands from £1M → £5M+
