We're seeking a highly collaborative, experienced B2B marketer from the advertising technology space with strong strategic skills, a data-centric mindset, and proven executional abilities. You will serve as an extension of our North American marketing team, bringing global strategies to life in regional markets while ensuring local insights help shape our global approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for international markets, acting as an extension of the North American marketing team to bring global strategies to life at the regional level.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Global Markets to identify opportunities, prioritise investments, and develop marketing plans that support commercial growth.
  • Plan and execute targeted field marketing events that strengthen relationships and build community with brands, agencies, and industry partners.
  • Develop thought leadership programmes that generate qualified leads, create new sales opportunities, and position XR as a trusted industry leader.
  • Work with local PR agencies to tell XR's story, build relationships with key journalists, and create campaigns that drive awareness and demand.
  • Bring regional market intelligence and customer feedback back to the global marketing team, helping shape messaging, campaigns, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Look for opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and help the global marketing organisation scale.
  • Be part of a lean, high-performing marketing team that punches above its weight, delivering high-impact programmes with speed, creativity, and smart investment.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience (ideally in Advertising, AdTech, and/or MarTech)
  • Outstanding communication & writing skills
  • Experience in creating content/thought leadership for lead generation
  • Ability to create killer PowerPoint decks without relying on AI tools
  • Excellent project management and execution skills
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot), website technology (Webflow), AI tools (i.e. Claude, ChatGPT, Loveable), and social media platforms (LinkedIn)
  • Highly collaborative work style, team player

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to EMEA/APAC markets for trade shows, events, and to meet with regional HOBs
  • Fluent in French, and/or Spanish
  • Copywriting skills
