What you'll do
- Deliver consistent, high-quality HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, offboarding, and HR advice
- Improve HR processes by introducing automation and digital tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
- Monitor HR service performance using KPIs and take action to drive continuous improvement
- Act as an escalation point for complex HR queries from HR Advisors and the wider business
- Produce HR reports and insights to support workforce planning and leadership decision-making
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, data security, sponsorship, and governance requirements
- Support and educate managers on HR policies, compliance, and best practice
- Lead, coach, and allocate work across the HR Operations team to ensure effective delivery

- A confident people manager who enjoys leading, coaching, and developing HR teams
- A strong communicator who can build relationships, influence decisions, and handle sensitive matters with care
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail
- A solid background in HR operations, compliance, and employment best practice
- Comfortable using HR systems, digital tools, and data to improve how things are done
- Experience delivering process improvements and helping teams work more efficiently
- Confident working with HR data and sharing insights with senior leaders
- Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Ideally immediately available or available at short notice
