Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting disciplinary, grievance, and absence management meetings with confidence and professionalism.
  • Building strong relationships quickly and effectively with employees and managers alike.
  • Advising and coaching managers on all aspects of people management, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Bringing your experience in an educational setting (preferable but not essential) to enhance our HR practices.
