Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day or more per week in London)

What you'll do:

  • Source, screen and progress candidates through the interview pipelines
  • Review CVs of direct applications as well as build proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates e.g. networking, events etc.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders/hiring managers
  • Build great relationships with candidates, with a view of short and long term hires
  • Constantly provide an amazing candidate experience and look to always improve this across the team
  • Work collaboratively across the wider recruitment team
  • Take a consultative approach to recruitment - focusing on speed, quality and diversity

To succeed in this role you need to have:

  • A can do attitude! you'll put your hand to anything, nothing is outside your remit across hiring.
  • Experience hiring non-tech roles in the UK, ideally Sales, Customer Support, Marketing and or Finance.
  • Experience working as a full time recruiter/talent partner at a recruitment agency/RPO or at an in-house high growth start-up or scale-up.
  • Super organisation skills, and an ability to prioritise
  • Previous experience screening and assessing candidates across a variety of roles for both hard skills and cultural qualities

Tech Stack: Lever (ATS), Ashby Analytics (Data Reporting), Metaview (Notetaking, CV screening and Sourcing modules), LinkedIn, Google Workplace, Slack

Compensation: Salary is flexible and discussed on a case-by-case basis to match experience. Please inquire during recruitment conversations.
