Interim Senior Finance Business Partner, Hospitality
We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our Commercial Finance team on a six-month fixed-term basis, based at our Shaftesbury Avenue office in London. This role will partner the Hospitality Director and the UK Chief Commercial Officer to support commercial decision-making across the Hospitality function.
This role would suit an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional who can act as a true thought partner to the Hospitality leadership team β someone who compiles and digests information quickly, delivers clear recommendations, and thrives in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance at a time when Hospitality is trialling a range of new initiatives to deliver incremental cash margin. We need someone who can quickly quantify the commercial impact of these initiatives and help the team make confident decisions at pace.
This role reports to the UK Head of Commercial Finance and will work closely with the Hospitality Director, the UK Chief Commercial Officer, and the wider Commercial Finance Team.
Key responsibilities
- Partner the Hospitality Director and the UK Chief Commercial Officer to support commercial decision-making across the Hospitality function.
- Work closely with Hospitality team to deliver rigorous commercial analysis, including venue performance, food and beverage profitability, cost efficiencies analysis and operational efficiency insights.
- Interpret financial insights and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for the Hospitality Director and UK Chief Commercial Officer.
- Champion best practices in commercial finance and business partnering.
- Support the UK Head of Commercial Finance on transformational tasks and strategic initiatives across the business.
Your skills, qualities, and experience
- Background in retail is essential.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis and drive sharper commercial insights.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and significant post-qualification experience in commercial finance roles.
- Experience in a similar commercial finance role within a PE-backed or high-growth environment, with the ability to hit the ground running and deliver at pace from day one.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Track record of driving transformation and embracing change.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders across geographies.
- Resilient and adaptable with a proactive mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, financial systems and data analysis tools is a must have.
- Experience with D365 is desirable; familiarity with TM1 Planning Analytics would be a further advantage.

Fixed Term Contract - Full Time, 40 hours per week, 6 months, London (Shaftesbury Avenue office)
