Eucalyptus is undertaking one of the most significant transitions in our history: becoming part of Hims & Hers across our international markets. This transition will be a complex, time-bound programme spanning multiple major delivery workstreams - running in parallel across geographies, functions and brands - with significant commercial, operational and patient stakes.

We're hiring a Programme Management Lead on a 4 to 5-month contract to help us run the Programme Management Office. You'll work directly with the PMO Director (who owns end-to-end delivery and key decisions) as their right hand β€” keeping a large, fast-moving programme on track.

This is a high-stakes operator role for someone who has run complex transformation or integration programmes before. You'll be the connective tissue across the workstreams and the leaders accountable for them β€” driving cadence, surfacing risks, unblocking decisions, and making sure milestones land on time. If you've thrived inside a top-tier consulting transformation team and want to apply that muscle inside a fast-moving DTC healthcare business, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with the PMO Director to run the programme office across multiple workstreams, functions and geographies.
  • Be a strategic problem-solver.
  • Tackle the thorniest cross-workstream issues β€” whether that's resolving a resourcing conflict, structuring a decision the Director needs to make, or analysing trade-offs on scope, timing or sequencing.
  • Run targeted analysis to support key decisions.
  • Build the operating infrastructure of the PMO β€” reporting, RAID logs, decision registers, status frameworks β€” and lift the bar on how the programme is run.
  • Own the master plan: maintain the integrated roadmap, milestones and dependencies across all workstreams and geographies.
  • Drive the programme cadence β€” steering committees, workstream stand-ups, executive updates β€” so the right people are aligned on the right decisions at the right time.
  • Track progress against critical paths, surface risks and slippage early, and drive resolution before issues elevate.
  • Manage stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for workstream leads and capability function heads across geographies β€” keeping everyone on the same page across a complex stakeholder map.
  • Translate strategic decisions into clear workstream actions, owners and deadlines.
  • Prepare crisp materials for executive reviews, decision forums and external stakeholders.

About You

  • 3–4+ years of experience, with a strong foundation in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) β€” ideally with direct experience on integration, transformation or implementation programmes.
  • Direct-to-consumer experience β€” gained either in consulting (DTC clients) or in-house at a consumer business β€” with exposure to consumer websites, brand, digital product or design processes.
  • Exceptional programme management chops β€” you can hold a complex, multi-workstream plan in your head, spot the critical path, and drive disciplined execution against tight deadlines.
  • Strong structured thinking and communication β€” you can break down ambiguous, cross-functional problems, structure a clear point of view, and communicate it crisply to senior stakeholders verbally and in writing.
  • Stakeholder management at all levels β€” comfortable holding executives accountable, partnering with functional leads, and earning the trust of teams you don't manage.
  • High agency, low ego β€” you'll roll up your sleeves to get things done, whether that's running a meeting, building a tracker, or jumping in to unblock a workstream.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and pace β€” you thrive when priorities shift, information is incomplete, and the answer needs to be found rather than handed to you.
  • Bonus Points
  • Experience on M&A integration or post-merger integration programmes.
  • Healthcare, pharmacy or regulated industry experience.
  • International or multi-market programme experience.
  • Prior scale-up or high-growth tech company experience.
