At Trustpilot, Engine 2 is responsible for scaling Trustpilot’s B2B app offering. It encompasses seven cross-functional teams: Growth Monetisation, Growth Adoption, Digital Business, Reviews and Core, Product Reviews Foundations, Data Insights, and Enterprise Experience. As the Engineering Leader for Engine 2, you would play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional counterparts across product, data, design, and security to drive adoption, monetisation, and long-term customer value, with a strong emphasis on sustainable growth and high-quality execution.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the engineering strategy that aligns with Trustpilot’s vision of becoming the universal symbol of trust.
- Drive technical innovation across engineering teams, ensuring the adoption of modern practices, tools, and architectures to support Trustpilot's growth and scalability.
- Partner with product and business leaders to align engineering roadmaps with strategic company goals.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring timely completion while maintaining a focus on reliability, performance, and security.
- Implement processes and best practices to optimize the software development lifecycle, promoting efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement, promoting accountability across teams.
Team Management
- Lead and inspire a team of engineering managers, staff engineers, and their respective teams, promoting a culture of innovation, inclusion, and growth.
