Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from credit lawyers who are interested in supporting a core banking client at Simmons & Simmons.
This is expected to be a full-time role for 6 months.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer with 4 + years PQE.
- You have strong transactional credit or lending experience gained in private practice or in-house.
- You have experience advising on a broad range of credit and lending matters.
- You have experience in real estate finance, private banking, property backed lending, wealth management lending, Lombard lending or broader secured lending.
- You are comfortable managing matters with a degree of autonomy and limited supervision.
- You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
- You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- You will be required to hold he relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
