As Interim Account Manager, you will take ownership of advertising client relationships across a portfolio of luxury advertising partners, ranging from top-tier fashion superbrands to newer emerging brands and independent multibrand boutiques. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end client relationship across all booked campaigns within your client patch and oversee how they activate media across FARFETCH's global platform. You'll onboard advertisers and, once live, proactively guide them to ensure campaigns meet performance objectives. Serving as the day-to-day point of contact, you will provide mid-campaign updates, answer client questions and coordinate internally to deliver a smooth customer experience and maximise client satisfaction. At the end of the campaign, you'll round off the campaign life-cycle via prompt delivery of end-of-campaign results, ensuring these deliver clear narratives on both what performed well and any 'lessons learned' for future campaigns. To enable revenue growth, you will close the feedback loop internally with the FARFETCH Advertising Sales team to identify incremental sales opportunities throughout the campaign and, post-campaign, strategise on how to maximise YoY client retention and grow overall investment. Beyond the Sales team, you will collaborate closely with other FARFETCH Advertising teams, including Advertising Operations and Reporting & Analytics, to provide the best possible service for our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Take responsibility for the successful delivery of booked campaign revenue across your client patch
  • Lead campaign kick-offs with clients, translating Sales bookings into clear activation plans and timelines
  • Onboard advertisers by explaining the campaign-setup process and communicate with clients to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure campaign set-ups are tailored to each partner and aligned with best practice, setting the campaign up for success
  • Collaborate with AdOps to optimise campaigns and address any underdelivery or underperformance
  • Answer day-to-day client questions promptly and with the appropriate level of detail - ensuring high levels of client satisfaction at all times.
  • Promptly share mid- and end-of campaign results and 'lessons learned' with client and Sales team for seamless re-pitching and minimised churn
  • Prepare post-campaign Case Studies / One-Pagers
  • Partner with the Sales team on upselling opportunities and retention / renewal strategies
  • Where appropriate and possible, travel to meet clients face-to-face, potentially across international fashion capitals of Milan, Paris and London (dependent on your client list).

WHO YOU ARE

  • A mid-level professional, experienced in a client-facing / account management role, preferably in the e-commerce, advertising or media industry
  • You are able to independently prioritise multiple, competing tasks in a fast-paced environment across multiple clients
  • You are commercially minded, with a strong understanding of performance metrics (e.g. ROAS, CTR, e-commerce sales data)
  • You are customer service oriented, curious and proactive, with an instinct to drive the best possible results for advertising partners and exceed client servicing expectations
  • A responsive, clear and confident communicator who:
    • is able to adapt tone to different audiences
    • is resilient when managing more demanding clients
    • delivers narratives sensitively within the wider client context
    • communicates technical explanations at the appropriate level of detail
    • is mindful of the nuances of regional communication styles, as your clients will be based globally
  • Previous experience in ecommerce or digital / retail media advertising account management is highly advantageous
