We're looking for an ambitious, creative, and growth-driven Integrated Campaign Manager to join Flo's Brand team to lead our commercial push into Perimenopause — building category leadership and driving growth as we scale this segment against a competitive landscape.
This is an exciting opportunity to help drive Flo's growth into a major new category through culturally resonant, insight-led campaigns that establish us as the trusted leader in perimenopause. You'll play a key role in shaping how Flo competes and wins in this space — translating category strategy into tangible, high-performing commercial work.
Your Experience
- Must have:
- 4+ years' experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns for consumer brands or apps, from ideation through launch and performance review.
- Experience launching or scaling a commercial product/category push in a competitive market, with a sharp read on cultural moments worth activating around.
- Strong cross-functional experience (Creative, Product Marketing, Growth, Social Growth, PR & UA), confidently managing creative production, internal/external teams, and multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset — track record of measuring campaign performance and managing budgets for efficient, high-impact execution.
- Strong understanding of women's health audiences, ideally with exposure to the perimenopause/menopause category and its competitive landscape.
- Nice to have:
- Experience marketing to 35+ women or to life-stage-specific audiences (e.g. new parents, midlife consumers), either within or outside of health/wellness.
- Background in categories with a high credibility or trust bar (e.g. healthtech, femtech, finance, insurance).
- Experience in the US market specifically.
You'll be responsible for:
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive Flo's brand equity & commercial growth in the perimenopause category — from positioning and creative development through launch, asset production, and performance review.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Brand, PR/Comms, Creative, Product Marketing, Influencers, and Organic Social to ensure every campaign lands with consistency and reach.
- Own the campaign calendar, prioritizing high-impact cultural and category moments (e.g. Menopause Awareness Month) and competitive timing.
- Identify new channel and partnership opportunities to build reach and credibility in the category — e.g. brand partnerships, category-specific media, podcasts.
- Manage campaign budgets and prove commercial impact, working closely with Analytics to track installs and revenue and prioritize investment in what drives measurable results.
