What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to act as a key liaison between IT functions and the business, ensuring the successful delivery of service across our organisation. You'll be a strong and credible technical subject matter expert, providing technical input within your area of responsibility and supporting project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional service support across internal IT teams and external third party suppliers.
- Ensure all service partners meet business needs and operate in line with published service expectations.
- Oversee service support and delivery processes to enable a seamless customer experience.
