You’ll play a central role in supporting a UK-wide region of branded hotels, working alongside HR and operational leaders to ensure a consistent and well-managed approach to change. This will include coordinating and supporting town hall sessions and consultation activity, leading or advising on individual consultation meetings, and making sure feedback is captured, assessed and responded to in a thoughtful and structured way.
You’ll be comfortable working across job evaluation and scoring, supporting interview and selection activity where needed, and helping leaders communicate outcomes clearly and fairly. You’ll also coordinate appeals, ensuring a smooth and well-governed process from start to finish. Alongside this, you’ll act as a trusted partner on day-to-day employee relations matters. You’ll coach leaders to approach people challenges with confidence, balancing policy, best practice and commercial context to reach the right outcomes.
You’ll also play a part in shaping how we approach people matters more broadly, helping to embed a culture of early intervention where issues are addressed proactively and consistently across the business.
What we’re looking for:
- You’ll already be operating at HR Advisor level, with strong experience across employee relations and organisational change.
- You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to balance structured project work with the day-to-day needs of the business.
- You have a solid understanding of UK employment legislation and are confident managing consultation processes, but more importantly, you know how to apply this in a practical and commercially aware way.
- Your approach is calm, considered and solutions-focused, allowing you to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
- You build trust quickly and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
- You know when to challenge, when to support, and how to adapt your approach depending on what the situation needs.
