Gofractional is seeking a part-time legal lead to act as the sole in-house counsel for a growing Legal Tech scale-up in the UK.

The role focuses on negotiating and finalizing customer Saa S agreements, advising business heads on commercial contracts, and owning data protection matters.

You will support corporate governance, compliance, and fundraising activities, while maintaining practical, business-friendly guidance across privacy, IP, disputes and vendor relationships.
