  • Support execution of campaigns, events and account-based activities, including campaign set-up, assets, localisation and logistics
  • Keep regional marketing, Sales and supporting teams aligned through meeting coordination, updates and progress tracking

  • Work from the Staines office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in marketing, project coordination, events, campaign execution or a similar support role
  • Comfortable using G Suite, especially Drive, Slides, Docs and Sheets, with confidence managing trackers, lists and reporting inputs
  • Strong organisation, communication and follow-through, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau and 6Sense is helpful

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE

  • Projects are well coordinated and delivered on time
  • Trackers, notes and reporting inputs are accurate and easy for the team to use
  • Stakeholders feel informed, supported and clear on next steps
