Who you are

  • We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and brings strong operational discipline alongside creative awareness
  • Experience in a traffic management, project management, or account coordination role (agency or in-house creative team preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Adobe Workfront
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholders when needed
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to a range of creative outputs (digital, web, print, campaigns)

  • At Darktrace, we are building a team of creative, ambitious individuals who are passionate about elevating a world-class blue-chip brand. Our in-house creative agency plays a critical role in shaping how the Darktrace story is told—across digital, print, video, events, and beyond
  • We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Creative Traffic Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the heart of our creative function, ensuring projects flow efficiently from brief to delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • This role will follow a hybrid working model, with two days per week based in our London office. The position is expected to be available from September
  • As Creative Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for managing workflows, coordinating resources, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. You will:
    • Own and manage the intake process for new creative requests, ensuring all briefs are complete, clear, and actionable
    • Facilitate briefings and kick-offs, capturing key requirements and aligning stakeholders
    • Assess team capacity and workload, prioritising projects based on business needs and deadlines
    • Allocate resources effectively across internal teams and external agencies where required
    • Manage and optimise project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Workfront) to track progress and maintain transparency
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration between creative, marketing, and wider business teams
    • Monitor timelines and proactively resolve risks or bottlenecks
    • Review creative outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
    • Produce regular reporting and insights on workload, performance, and project progress
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency

Work Arrangement

  • 12-month fixed-term contract
  • Hybrid working model: 2 days per week in London office
  • Available from September
  • Mid to Senior level position
