The Commercial Affairs Director is responsible for overseeing our commercial operations, ensuring legal compliance, fostering relationships, and contributing to strategic planning and business development. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, with flexible (hybrid, onsite, or remote) working arrangements, reporting to our VP, Group Commercial Affairs. Occasional international travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Business partnering with one of the Inizio Business Units (BU).
  • Understand key operational and financial drivers of allocated BU.
  • Build client relationships and understand client requirements.
  • Build relationships across the Inizio business and ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date.
  • Manage the process of MSA negotiations, lead discussions as required, working with the business and legal teams to ensure signatures are in place in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the business is aware of key terms agreed within an MSA, providing a summary and training as required.
  • Work with legal and Contracts Coordinator to ensure all client MSAs / SOWs and data points are loaded into the HighQ system.
  • Work closely with finance teams to ensure pricing within MSAs is kept up-to-date and reflects business needs/practice.
  • Manage team of Contract Analysts ensuring SOWs meet business requirements, quality standards, and are executed on time.
  • Responsible for SOW accuracy and consistency.
  • Responsible for Contract Analyst's development, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Manage pricing council submissions through the Internal pricing approval process liaising closely with BU CFO.
  • Lead Irish contract signatory process for given BU (as and when finance systems are set-up).
