We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join TGB on an initial 6 month contract/interim basis to provide experienced HR support during a period of transformation and international growth. This role needs someone who can quickly build strong relationships across the business and confidently lead on employee relations, organisational change and people projects from day one. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across the organisation, providing pragmatic, hands-on HR support in a fast-paced environment. Immediately available or short notice candidates preferred.

Your role:

  • Lead and manage employee relations cases confidently, offering clear and pragmatic guidance.
  • Support managers through organisational change, team structures and performance conversations.
  • Build strong relationships quickly across all areas of the business and become a trusted HR partner.
  • Identify people challenges and work closely with stakeholders to find practical solutions.
  • Support key people projects and initiatives across onboarding, performance, engagement and process improvement.
  • Drive consistency in people practices, policies and ways of working across the business.
  • Work at pace in a hands-on environment, balancing day-to-day HR support with wider business priorities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people matters and leadership capability.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider People & Talent team to support the business during a busy period of growth and change.

About you:

As well as having exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will have previous experience operating as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll be confident stepping into a busy role quickly, building strong relationships across the business and providing pragmatic, hands-on HR support from day one. You will bring strong ER knowledge, commercial judgement and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to lead performance conversations, support organisational change and manage people challenges at pace.

We think you will need:

  • Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a complex or fast-growing environment.
  • Strong track record of leading performance management processes through to resolution, including underperformance and capability cases.
  • Confident supporting change management, business transformation and evolving organisational needs.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting organisational change, re-design and business transformation.
  • Solid understanding of employee relations and current UK employment law, with experience managing risk and complexity.
  • Experience leading cyclical people processes such as salary reviews, performance reviews and objective setting.
  • Highly resilient with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • CIPD qualification preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple territories is desirable.
  • Experience within beauty or cosmetics is a plus, but not essential.
