About the Role

At Moonpig Group, our mission is to help people connect and create moments that matter. As an international group spanning Moonpig, Buyagift, Red Letter Days, and Greetz, we're continuing to grow our reach and create meaningful experiences for millions of customers. We're looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join our New Markets team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how we engage customers across our Irish, Australian, and US markets while contributing to the future growth of Moonpig Group. Working closely with the CRM Manager, you'll use customer insights and data to design, deliver, and optimise CRM programmes that engage, inspire, and retain customers. You'll bring fresh thinking, a passion for CRM, and a curiosity for growth marketing, helping us build stronger customer relationships and increase customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop customer engagement and retention strategies across our Irish, Australian, and US markets.
  • Channel Management: Support the delivery of CRM activity across multiple channels, including triggered communications, reminders, newsletters, and wider CRM projects.
  • Journey Design: Design, update, and implement customer journeys that support new initiatives and evolving customer needs.
  • Market Insight: Use market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
  • Segmentation: Partner with analytics teams to develop customer segmentation and translate insights into targeted CRM audiences.
  • Measurement: Build and evaluate campaign measurement frameworks, including control groups, to optimise CRM performance and grow customer lifetime value.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the UK and Greetz CRM teams to identify and scale successful initiatives across New Markets.

About You

  • Previous experience working in CRM, with a desire to take the next step in your career or embrace a new challenge.
  • Passion for creating engaging customer experiences and continuously improving CRM campaigns, content, and messaging.
  • Ability to use customer insights and external trends to identify opportunities that add value for customers.
  • Strong curiosity about customer behaviour and how CRM can drive long-term engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborative approach with experience working effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Email Service Providers, ideally Sailthru.
  • Experience using reporting and analytics platforms such as Tableau and Sailthru Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools would be beneficial.
  • Experience working across international markets would be advantageous but isn't essential.

  • Stage 3: Final Interview with Senior Stakeholders

What's in it for you?

  • Competitive Pay & Bonuses: Plus, generous pension plans & staff discounts.
  • Wellbeing First: Private healthcare (UK) and mental health support.
  • Flexible Working & Time Off: Generous holidays, hybrid working (1-3 days in office, depending on role/team) & up to 20 days of international working.
  • Career Growth: Learning allowances, coaching & development programs.

Our Ways of Working

We trust our colleagues to do what's right and offer flexibility to support a balance between work and life. At the same time, face-to-face office time is an important and expected part of working at Moonpig Group.
