You will join a boutique Private Client team as their new Private Client Fee Earner and manage your own caseload while delivering a high-quality, client-focused service across a broad range of private client matters. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to Head of Department level.
The Role
You will join a boutique Private Client team, you will manage your own caseload while delivering a high-quality, client-focused service across a broad range of private client matters.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Manage a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estates, and Trusts
- Draft legal documents and provide clear, client-focused advice
- Handle matters from instruction through to completion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with SRA standards and firm procedures
- Support junior team members where appropriate
- Contribute to business development and networking activity
- Manage billing, time recording, and meet fee targets
About You
- 3–5 years PQE (or equivalent experience in a similar role)
- Strong technical knowledge within Private Client law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Driven, ambitious, and keen to progress your career
