Due to further exciting growth, they are now looking for a talented WordPress Developer to bring their clients' websites to life and help deliver engaging, high-performing web solutions.

You'll collaborate closely with our content, SEO, and paid media team to create visually stunning and user-friendly websites that align with marketing goals and brand identity.

Roles & Responsibilities (But not limited to):

  • Design and develop responsive WordPress websites using themes, plugins, and custom code.
  • Uploading and formatting content, text, images, videos, and other media, ensuring that the website's content is organised and presented effectively.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices and conversion-focused design.
  • Maintain and update websites, ensuring optimal speed, performance, and security.
  • Implementing the design using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure that the website looks and functions as intended across various devices and browsers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, or conflicts.
  • Optimise user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) across all devices.
  • Implement tracking pixels, analytics, and other marketing tools as required.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on the project's progress, and gather feedback for improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in web design, WordPress development, and digital marketing.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience designing and building WordPress websites.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP basics.
  • Experience with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi, WPBakery).
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, website speed optimisation, and responsive design.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategy and how web design supports lead generation and user journey.
  • Attention to detail, creative flair, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
