As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll be making outbound calls and turning conversations into sales with new customers and existing ones.
What You Will Be Working On:
- Making high-volume cold calls to generate leads and close sales.
- Re-contract existing customers, upgrading or renewing their packages and maximising value.
- Confidently handle objections and keep conversations moving.
- Hitting and exceeding daily and monthly targets.
- Clearly explain GoFibre products and packages in a simple, engaging way.
- Taking pride in selling with integrity and putting the customer first.
- Being a positive, energetic presence in our office-based sales team.
