The predicted salary is between 42000 - 58000 ÂŁ per year.
Earn circa ÂŁ50,000 Monday to Friday 12pm - 8pm and weekends on a rotational basis (37.5 hrs per week).

THE TEAM
Join our dynamic and expanding field sales team, where you can elevate your sales career to the next level! As part of an energetic and supportive group, you’ll be out in the field meeting with customers face‑to‑face, sharing and promoting our top‑tier services. You’ll have the opportunity to work across different locations, bringing our offerings directly to customers while enjoying the flexibility and independence of field‑based work.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Carry out door‑to‑door sales in areas covered by GoFibre’s network.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Plan your day effectively to maximise customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Hold high‑quality, informative conversations about GoFibre’s products and services.
- Sell responsibly and transparently to help minimise cancellations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell based on customer needs.
- Keep sales applications and CRM tools (e.g., PSI, HubSpot) up to date.
- Act as a local expert—sharing insights on your area and competitor activities.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- A track record in exceeding sales targets, with support and coaching to help you grow.
- Experience in customer‑facing sales roles like door‑to‑door, retail, utilities or promotions.
- Resilience and a positive mindset to overcome rejection.
- A commitment to delivering great service and building strong customer relationships.
- A full UK driving licence.
