Field Sales Executive £26,227.50 base salary (£40,000 OTE) + loyalty bonuses + uncapped commission. Commercial vehicle provided. Full UK driving licence required. 31 days holiday, private healthcare, health & wellbeing package, enhanced pension, career & life coaching, discounted gym membership, financial advice & support. Working hours: Monday to Friday 12pm‑8pm and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Speak to customers in local communities about GoFibre’s full fibre broadband.
  • Represent the brand face‑to‑face, door‑to‑door.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right package.
  • Manage own territory and pipeline.
  • Hit targets and earn uncapped commission.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer‑facing or sales environment (retail, events, hospitality, telecoms or similar).
  • Confidence starting conversations with new people.
  • Resilience and self‑motivation.
  • Target‑driven mindset.
  • Full UK driving licence.
