WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

  • As the Head of Marketing, you'll drive customer acquisition directly, review performance daily, and make fast, commercially‑led decisions.
  • Own and scale online acquisition across paid search, paid social, SEO, and digital channels.
  • Drive continuous improvement in website performance, conversion, and customer journeys.
  • Lead targeted campaigns aligned to network rollout, delivering the right message to the right communities at the right time.
  • Build brand awareness and drive consideration of GoFibre as the go‑to broadband choice.
  • Generate leads through online channels, creating a strong pipeline for marketing campaigns and sales.
  • Own PR, community engagement, and public affairs to strengthen our reputation as a growing Scottish brand.
  • Use data to optimise performance, reduce customer acquisition costs, and maximise ROI.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing marketing team, working at pace to deliver growth.
  • Manage agency partners across performance and creative, challenging them to deliver better results.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Senior marketing experience in a consumer services business.
  • Commercial and data‑led, you turn insight into growth.
  • Skilled in digital and performance marketing to convert clicks into customers.
  • Hands‑on leader who sets strategy and drives results.
  • Experience in telecoms, utilities, or subscription businesses is a plus.
