THE TEAM
The Campaign Manager drives growth across our broadband customer base through insight‑led, targeted lifecycle campaigns. Using data to identify opportunities, you’ll increase in‑base acquisition, strengthen loyalty, reduce churn and maximise lifetime value.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Own campaign performance across email, digital and outbound channels, tracking ROI, engagement and commercial impact.
- Turn data, testing and market insight into clear, actionable recommendations that drive smarter decisions.
- Continuously improve results through sharper segmentation, targeted testing and personalisation.
- Refine lifecycle communications to increase conversion, reduce churn and grow lifetime value.
- Lead campaigns from setup to execution and performance review within CRM and automation tools, ensuring accuracy, pace and alignment to commercial priorities.
- Partner across Commercial, Sales, Marketing and Customer Operations to deliver joined‑up activity.
- Champion automation, scalable processes and data‑led thinking to strengthen capability and fuel growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Proven experience delivering insight‑led campaigns that grow customer value, increase retention and drive in‑base acquisition.
- Clear understanding of how lifecycle marketing impacts behaviour, revenue and churn.
- Confident managing end‑to‑end campaigns in CRM and automation tools, delivering accurate targeting and on‑time delivery.
- Data‑driven and results focused, with the ability to turn performance and testing insight into clear actions that improve conversion and ROI.
- Create collaborative and inclusive working relationships across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Customer Operations and Technology to deliver shared growth goals.
