Base salary: £26,227.50 (£40,000 OTE) + loyalty bonuses

What you will be working on:
- Carry out door‑to‑door sales across GoFibre’s network.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through local engagement.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Plan your day to maximise customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Hold high‑quality, informative conversations about GoFibre’s products and services.
- Sell responsibly and transparently to minimise cancellations.
- Represent GoFibre at events such as Melrose 7s, supermarket pop‑ups and community days.
- Champion GoFibre’s values and follow all policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell based on customer needs.
- Keep sales applications and CRM tools (e.g., PSI, HubSpot) up to date.
- Act as a local expert, sharing insights on area and competitor activity.
- Take care of GoFibre equipment, uniform and your vehicle to a high standard.
What you will bring to the role:
- A drive to meet and exceed sales targets, supported by coaching.
- Experience in customer‑facing sales roles like door‑to‑door, retail, utilities or promotions.
