WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of field sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Coaching and mentoring team members in the field, providing hands-on support and feedback
- Monitoring performance and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
- Supporting the team in generating leads, managing pipelines, and closing sales
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging and a high-quality, customer-first approach across all interactions
- Reporting on territory performance and working closely with sales leadership team
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Previous experience in field sales, with a track record of delivering results
- Experience in managing a sales team, with a proactive and positive mindset
- Highly motivated and results-focused, with a hands-on leadership style
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within your territory
