THE TEAM
We’re looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our central functions team. You’ll manage the day-to-day running of our fleet while using data from telematics, fuel usage, and dashcams to drive smarter decisions and cost savings. This role is key to building strong partnerships with our fleet suppliers and reducing operational and insurance costs through insight, analysis, and collaboration.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Managing the day-to-day running of GoFibre’s vehicle fleet, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Overseeing vehicle delivery, allocation, and collection for field teams, including fuel card management and usage tracking.
- Using telematics, fuel data, and dashcam insights to identify trends, improve performance, and reduce costs.
- Building strong relationships with fleet, lease, and insurance partners to drive value and service quality.
- Ensuring compliance with all fleet-related legislation and champion driver safety initiatives.
- Working with Finance, HR, and Operations to forecast fleet needs and deliver continuous improvement.

- Experienced in managing commercial or field-based vehicle fleets with a hands-on approach.
- Confident using data and telematics to drive smarter, more efficient decisions.
- Skilled in building effective partnerships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in solving problems before they arise.
- Commercially minded with a clear focus on safety, cost control and constant progress.
