Part time Field Sales Executive

Earn circa £50,000 OTE pro rata (base salary and uncapped commission)

Monday to Friday 12pm – 8pm on a shift pattern and weekends

Location: Dundee, Aberdeenshire and Tayside

THE TEAM

Join our dynamic and expanding field sales team, where you can elevate your sales career to the next level! As part of an energetic and supportive group, you\’ll be out in the field meeting with customers face-to-face, sharing and promoting our top-tier services. You\’ll have the opportunity to work across different locations, bringing our offerings directly to customers while enjoying the flexibility and independence of field-based work.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

  • Drive and deliver door to door sales across areas that have access to GoFibre’s network
  • Lead generation by developing and nurturing a steady pipeline of sales
  • Accountable for hitting and exceeding personal targets
  • Plan day efficiently to optimise customer contacts and sales opportunities
  • Enjoy high quality conversations about our products and services
  • Convince potential customers of the value of our product/service and negotiate deals effectively
  • Clear understanding of GoFibre’s product and service to address customer queries confidently
  • Sell with integrity to ensure cancellations remain minimal
  • Travel to designated campaign areas within your region
  • Represent GoFibre at events like the Melrose 7’s, Supermarket Pop ups and local community events
  • Live and breathe GoFibre’s Values, policies and procedures
  • Assess customer needs and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain and update customer sales applications, including PSI and HubSpot
  • Adhere to GDPR guidelines with any sensitive information captured from customers
  • Be the subject matter expert of your region, feeding back on town insight andcompetitor updates
  • Complete all mandatory training and pursue personal development using LinkedInLearning
  • Ensure proper maintenance of GoFibre technical equipment, uniform, and company vehicle

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Customer-facing sales experience, ideally in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or promotional activities
  • Excellent sales and lead conversion skills, with a focus on engaging potential customers through direct outreach and effective presentations
  • Committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience, by achieving a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and TrustPilot ratings
  • Valid UK Driving License
