Outbound Customer Sales Advisor £26,227.50 + uncapped commission (£40,000 OTE). 31 days holiday, discounted gym membership, enhanced pension, private healthcare, employee wellbeing support and career coaching.

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you'll be making outbound calls and turning conversations into sales with new customers and existing ones.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

  • Making high-volume cold calls to generate leads and close sales.
  • Re-contract existing customers, upgrading or renewing their packages and maximising value.
  • Confidently handle objections and keep conversations moving.
  • Hitting and exceeding daily and monthly targets.
  • Clearly explain GoFibre products and packages in a simple, engaging way.
  • Taking pride in selling with integrity and putting the customer first.
  • Being a positive, energetic presence in our office-based sales team.
