As a Customer Sales Advisor, you'll be making outbound calls and turning conversations into sales with new customers and existing ones. Making high-volume cold calls to generate leads and close sales. Re-contract existing customers, upgrading or renewing their packages and maximising value.
Being a positive, energetic presence in our office-based sales team. Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold calling. Organised with follow-ups and CRM updates.
