Location: Edinburgh Office - Hybrid

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

THE TEAM

You will be part of our close-knit Marketing team, a friendly bunch who mix creativity with data to help GoFibre grow. We work hard to keep our online presence sharp, our customer journeys smooth, and our brand moving in the right direction. It's a team where ideas are welcome, collaboration is natural, and everyone pulls together to make great things happen.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

  • Leading the day-to-day performance and optimisation of the GoFibre website, improving journeys and boosting conversion.
  • Driving our SEO strategy across technical, content and local search to grow visibility and organic acquisition.
  • Using GA4 and other analytics tools to spot what's working, what's not, and turn insights into simple, actionable recommendations.
  • Owning landing pages, UX improvements and CRO testing to help more customers choose GoFibre online.
  • Running and improving our email and CRM activity, creating targeted journeys that support sales and retention.
  • Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen tracking, attribution and digital measurement.
  • Keeping ahead of search and AI-driven discovery trends to help shape how GoFibre shows up online.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing or website management, with confidence leading web and SEO performance.
  • Advanced user of next-generation analytics platforms and apps (ideally GA4), enabling data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Experience working with CRM or marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Dynamics.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for clean, well-structured, user-friendly digital journeys.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
