WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Coordinate and secure wayleaves, permissions, and access agreements across multiple property types.
- Liaise with landlords, agents, housing associations, local authorities, and external stakeholders to obtain approvals.
- Track permissions progress, identify risks early, and escalate delays where required.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready records for permissions and compliance documentation.
- Ensure documentation meets legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
- Support the Contracts & Stakeholder Management team with trackers, reports, evidence packs, and presentations.
- Assist with contract variations, access requirements, and governance obligations.
- Act as a central point of contact for permissions and access-related queries.
- Provide clear updates to internal teams on progress, risks, and delivery impacts.
- Support survey and build teams with accurate permissions and access information.
- Highlight access constraints and compliance requirements to help minimise delivery delays.
- Contribute to process improvements, standard templates, and efficient ways of working across Service Delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Experience in coordination and administration gained within telecoms, utilities or the construction industry.
- Ability to manage documentation, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Good communication skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
